Why is Arbo Unie's client portal switching to Xpert Suite?

To best serve our customers, we have chosen a new, extra secure software solution: Xpert Suite.
To protect users' personal data, we no longer send documents by e-mail but you can access them via the portal. You will receive an e-mail with a direct link to the portal when a document is ready.

What are the benefits for me as an employer?
  • Xpert Suite has a clear and user-friendly customer portal.
  • Personal data is protected according to current laws and regulations and we prevent data leaks by no longer sending documents by e-mail but by sharing them via the portals.

I am a HR-manager or supervisor and I am logged into the portal. What 's the next step?

What is a super-user?

A super-user is a user within the customer portal who is responsible for user management of the organisation. These super-users can create, modify and delete users. The super-user can also assign authorisations to users. This determines which employee files can be accessed. The super-user can create accounts for HR employees and managers. In the section 'manuals', you will find a document explaining the difference between the two roles.

I can't log in. What can I do?
  • If you have forgotten your password, choose ‘forgot password’. You will then receive a link to your e-mail address to enter a new password.
  • If you have forgotten your username or cannot log in, contact the superuser in your organisation. They know what your user name is and can send you another invitation e-mail to create an account.
How come that I can't see the invoice or invoice specifications?

The most common reasons why you cannot access this data:
1. You type in the wrong number. The number should be a 4-digit reference number. Not a debtor number. Or any other number.
2. You want to view an invoice from BEFORE the migration from K2A. Unfortunately, this is not possible.
3. You may have a popup-blocker on in your work environment. This popup-blocker should be deactivated. Ask your own IT department/administrator for help.

What does this mean for my employees who already have a file?

Just before your organisation is transferred to Expert Suite, we will also inform your employees who are already currently using our client portal. They will receive a link by e-mail to activate their new account for the portal. This link is valid for 7 days

How do I log in?

When an account has been created for you, you will first receive an e-mail with a link to activate your account and create a password. There are several steps to follow. Click on the link in the received e-mail to create a password. The user name is also shown on this screen. Register your mobile phone number, then click on ‘confirm SMS send’. Note: Enter the number without the dash. Note: You can also choose to use an authentication app instead of an SMS via your mobile number.
Once you have done this, you can log in using your username and password at login.xpertsuite.nl. As Xpert Suite works with personal data, you will always be asked for one more step to identify yourself by a code via SMS or authentication app.

 
Is the new package reliable?

Xpert Suite meets all the security requirements and standards we set for software packages. 

How do I get an account for the customer portal?

One or more superusers can be passed on within each organisation. These superusers are responsible for creating, modifying and deleting accounts for HR employees and managers. Once an account is created for a user, he or she receives an e-mail with the login details to activate the account and create a password. These login details are valid for 7 days.

As a supervisor or HRM-manager I can't see my employees' files in the portal.

If you can log in as HR or as a supervisor, but cannot see employee files, the authorisations are not set correctly. Contact the Superuser in your organisation and specify to which files you should have acces.

 
When will files be transferred to Xpert Suite and what does that mean for me?

We will gradually switch our customers to Xpert Suite. This means that we will inform customers in a timely manner on which date they will make the switch and what this exactly means for them.
