How does it work?

The POHE gives you insight into your health risks at work. You fill in a questionnaire that shows what gives you energy and what costs energy, both at home and at work.

After that, you have a physical examination with tests that fit your job and organisation. We check your eyes, hearing and lungs. Sometimes we also take blood or urine to see how your liver and kidneys are working. Which tests you get depends on your job and the choice of your employer. We usually do this at your workplace or at a nearby Arbo Unie location.

After the examination, you receive personal advice with tips you can start using right away. This helps you understand how you are doing and what you can do to stay healthy and full of energy.
