Working together to improve people's employability. With our new client portal Xpert Suite, you have a clear overview of your obligations. To get you started in the best possible way, here is how you can easily activate your account on our new client portal Xpert Suite.
How do I activate my account?
As soon as your account is transferred to the new system ‘Xpert Suite’, you will receive an email from Xpert Suite with a link to activate your new account. This link will work for 7 days.
Activate your account IN 5 easy steps
- Open an internet browser Google Chrome is preferred
- Login via login.xpertsuite.nl or follow the link in the invitation email sent from noreply@xpertsuite.nl
- Set your password
- Register two-step verification The Xpert Suite offers the following options. If you use the Authentication app, skip the SMS security step.
- SMS security
- Authentication app Follow the on-screen instructions - Back-up code : this step is needed only if the two-step check of step 4 failed.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Arbo Unie have a new portal?
Because we want to serve our clients in the best possible way, we have chosen a new, extra secure software solution: Xpert Suite.
To protect users' personal data, we no longer send documents by e-mail but you can access them via the portal. You will receive an e-mail with a direct link to the portal when a document is available.
How do I get an account for the portal?
At your first appointment, we will ask you to provide your e-mail address. Arbo Unie will send an e-mail containing a link to the portal. By clicking this link you can activate your account and choose a password.
How do I log in?
Internet browser Google Chrome is preferred.
When an account has been created for you, you will first receive an e-mail with a hyperlink to activate your account and create a password. There are several steps to follow. Click on the link connection in the received e-mail to create a password. The user name is also shown on this screen. Register your mobile phone number, then click on ‘confirm SMS send’.
Note: Enter the number without the dash. Note: You can also choose to use an authentication app instead of an SMS via your mobile number.
Once you have done this, you can log in with your username and password at login.xpertsuite.nl.
As Xpert Suite works with personal data, it always asks for one more step to identify yourself by a code via SMS or authentication app.
I can't log in. What can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, choose ‘forgot password’. You will then receive a link to your e-mail address to enter a new password. If you have forgotten your username or are unable to log in, please send an e-mail to binnendienst@arbounie.nl.

You can access your file from 1 January 2019 until now. If you want to see your records from before 1 January 2019, you can submit a written request to Arbo Unie. You can only get information about yourself. Not about others. We safeguard not only your privacy, but of course also that of others.
